Dear Friends,

I hope you’re all enjoying this beautiful autumn season. Here in Huntington, the leaves are now at their peak — a breathtaking kaleidoscope of God’s artistry and beauty.

Earlier this month, I had the privilege of attending the FMCI Conference in Houston, Texas. I was asked to share about my book, God’s Dream: Transformation Through Kingdom Advancement. It was a tremendous opportunity to witness a gracious and godly transition of leadership in this ministry. The messages throughout the conference were powerful, filled with vision and Kingdom focus. One of the most impactful was from Dutch Sheets, who spoke about the vital importance of discipleship and the next major move of God in our nation.

If you’re not already tuning in, I encourage you to listen to Dutch Sheets’ daily podcast, Give Him 15 (link). His recent episode highlights our dual commission — to save souls and to disciple the next generation.

This week, we have the great honor of hosting George Otis Jr. here in Huntington, West Virginia, for the premiere of his latest documentary, The Gates of White Clay (link). This remarkable film tells the story of a small community transformed by the power of prayer. I hope you’ll take the time to watch it — it’s truly inspiring.

While here, George will also be filming several interviews with local believers who have been catalytic in God’s movement throughout our region. He believes what God is doing in Huntington should be shared as an encouragement to other communities. The Huntington story will soon be added to his ongoing collection of short documentaries featured on The Moving Cloud section of his website (link).

We hope you’ll take a few moments to watch these stories. They serve as powerful reminders that God is moving — and that each of us has a part to play in what He is doing in our cities and beyond.
